Understanding Ticket Delivery Methods

We offer several delivery options to ensure you receive your tickets securely and conveniently. The available methods may vary depending on the event and venue.

• Mobile Tickets (E-tickets): These are delivered directly to your account and optimized for your smartphone. Simply log in to your account on your mobile device to display the QR code at the venue entrance. You do not need to print them.
• Print-at-Home: A PDF version of your tickets will be sent to your email address and will also be available for download in your account's "Order History." You must print these tickets on standard 8.5x11 inch paper before heading to the event.
• Mail: Physical tickets will be mailed to the shipping address provided during checkout. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. A tracking number will be provided once the tickets have been shipped.
